Growwipe provides professional interior design services including consultations, space planning, furniture selection, custom design, and project management. All services are delivered according to industry standards and applicable regulations.
Initial consultations may be complimentary or fee-based as specified during booking. Design proposals remain valid for 30 days. Pricing may adjust based on material availability and market conditions.
Orders for furniture and design services may require deposits. Payment terms are outlined in service agreements. Custom orders require payment before production begins. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Design concepts, drawings, and plans created by Growwipe remain our property until full payment. Upon payment completion, you receive a license for the specified project. Website content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
We work diligently to meet agreed timelines. Delays may occur due to material availability, custom fabrication, client approvals, or unforeseen circumstances. We maintain transparent communication throughout your project.
Modification and cancellation policies are detailed in service agreements. Custom and special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins.
We stand behind our work quality. Furniture warranties are provided by manufacturers. Our design services meet professional industry standards.
Growwipe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes are resolved in San Francisco County courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
