Our Return Commitment

Growwipe wants you to be completely satisfied with your furniture and decor purchases. This Return Policy outlines our fair and transparent procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Standard Item Returns

For standard, non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Custom and Special Orders

Custom-designed furniture and special-order items are made specifically for you. These items can only be returned if they arrive damaged, have manufacturing defects, or do not match approved specifications. Once custom production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect all items upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damage. We will arrange repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you. Please retain packaging until the issue is resolved.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact our customer service at +1 919-684-1347 or chat@growwipe.world. Provide your order number and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization number. Package the item securely and ship to the provided address. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain items.

Item Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for different sizes, colors, or styles subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and follow the same procedure as returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: custom-made or personalized furniture, clearance or final sale items, items damaged due to misuse, fabric samples, design consultation fees, and items returned without authorization.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many furniture pieces include manufacturer warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship. These warranties are separate from our return policy. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and are provided with your purchase.
